                                              Refund policy

All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. Ticket funds are only going to be refunded in case the flight gets cancelled. RareJet does not cover any other financial losses such as accommodations in case the flight gets cancelled. However, the operating carrier might be responsible for compensations.

                                                   Flight confirmation

​

The flight will be confirmed at the latest two weeks prior departure. If the required amount of participants is not met until 2 weeks before the flight, the flight will be cancelled. To keep the fares as low as possible, about 65-100 % of the aircraft's capacity needs to be filled depending on the aircraft type.

                                                   Flight cancellation

​

Your flight might be cancelled if the required capacity of 65 % - 100 % is not met or the operating airline cancels the flight due to force majeure circumstances, such as technical problem. In case your flight gets cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund or, if possible, a replacing flight. Please note, that you have to claim compensations and refunds through RareJet's Complaints and claims page, but the operating carrier itself might responsible for the compensations.

                                                                 Delays

Delays occur every day in aviation. Please note, that you have to claim compensations and refunds through RareJet's Complaints and claims page, but the operating carrier itself might be responsible for the compensations depending on the country's regulations.

                                                            Check-in

​

Due to the restrictions of charter flights, check-in must be done at the airport. Details about check-in, such as opening and closing times will be presented upon check-in email sent to you after the flight gets confirmed depending on the country's regulations.

                              Baggage policy

​

Only one carry-on bag that fits under the seat is allowed. Any additional items or luggage will not be permitted on board.

                                        Passenger eligibility

​​

Passengers attending the joyriders must be:

​

- at least 16 years of age if unaccompanied. Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old. There is no maximum age limit.

- able to present a valid ID, such as passport.

- able to board and disembark the plane without special assistance. Unfortunately RareJet is unable to serve passengers who require wheelchair assistance or other special services for boarding the aircraft.

                                                     Seat selection

​

If possible, seat selection can be done for a free of charge upon booking. On flights where seat selection is not possible, seats will be given upon check-in at the airport or a free seating upon boarding is provided.
